What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal Account.

What will appear on my bank statement?

What are the shipping costs and options?

We offer several shipping options, which vary in cost depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive. In addition, free shipping is available on orders over $89(US).


You'll always be able to choose a delivery option and see its cost before completing your order.

Are orders shipped discreetly?

Yes! All Overkink packages come in plain packaging without logos, branded labels, or product descriptions. The contents of the box or envelope are not displayed on the outside. So nobody will know what’s inside except you.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to amend or cancel it. You can chat with us using our live chat at the bottom of your screen, via text (407-906-7109), or by email at Hello@Overkink.com.

If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to cancel it.

When will my order be sent?

Your order will be taken to the post office within 24 hours after the payment has been received.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every courier we use offers order tracking as a standard feature. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

I haven't received a tracking number.

Check your SPAM folders. If you can't find it, log in to your Overkink Customer Account and in your "Dash Board" you will find the tracking number.

If the name of the carrier is not indicated, send us an email at Hello@Overkink.com and we will send you all the details by return.

You can also find your tracking number via our live chat at the bottom of your screen.

I only received part of my order.

My product is defective.
