Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for damages or defective items.

Please contact us at within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. Customers with defective items purchased outside our 30-day policy will be directed to the appropriate vendor.


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at within 12-24 hours.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery and return it to the sender upon receipt of the package; we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost. You will be charged a new shipping fee if you request reshipment after refusing delivery.


You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Sezzle refunds will be handled with Sezzle.Β
